Note 1:  MTM Membership entitles each MTM User to unlimited attendance at scheduled classes, presently offered several times each month (basic thru advanced levels); use of the Answers On-line Q/A forum; access to Best Practice Solutions for proven, documented solutions which automated workflow; and access to Downloads where Premier periodically posts document templates, automatic records and reports in feature package transfer files suitable for import to your system, subject to terms of use posted in the Forum.

Note 2: MTM compliments individual consulting, training and remedial support.  Direct support for time spent by Premier consultants on an individual, one-on-one basis will continue to be billed on the same basis as that agreed to prior to MTM enrollment. 

Note 3: Upon enrollment your MTM access level will be changed to full membership.  You will also be contacted by Premier to schedule an initial, on-line consultation to help you plan your most advantageous use of the Managing with Time Matters forum.
