Step 1. Free On-line Demonstration and Consultation
We start with an initial on-line meeting which includes a free on-line demonstration of Time Matters® and, if appropriate, our Time Matters feature package overlay for your type of practice. During this session we discuss your requirements and also show you how we have customized the system for firms with a similar practice to your own.
Step 2. Implementation Planning
Next, as a first step, we typically schedule an initial planning session. Each new support client of Premier receives the benefit of our unique System Planning Questionnaire, as well as, the Implementation Checklist and Schedule. These documents support a very thorough, effective and productive implementation process.
Step 3. System Configuration and Customization
Prior to training we configure the appropriate settings in Time Matters. This may include set-up of full text indexing/searching, auto folder and file naming for documents, set-up of electronic letterhead, fax and document templates, as well as, links to other programs (email, billing, document management and document assembly) and to other devices (Palm, Blackberry, Pocket PC, Scanner).
Step 4. Training
Training consists of a series of on-line classes. Most firms schedule our consultants for at least two initial on-line training sessions. Complementing the private training sessions are the regularly scheduled, open enrollment classes offered in Premier's Managing with Time Matters (MTM) Forum. The forum classes are excellent for initial orientation, for follow-up training and for properly training staff new staff. MTM Forum subscribers may attend all scheduled classes on an unlimited basis. The MTM Forum also includes: Training Videos, Resources, Answers On-line, Best Practices and Downloads.
Step 5 On-going Support
Direct consulting, training and remedial support as required, PLUS, group training and support through the MTM Forum. The MTM Forum features ten types of classes available to subscribers on an unlimited basis. Together we build upon your staff's proficiency in using the system to your full advantage.
