I have known and worked with Tom Caffrey and Premier Software for almost a decade using Time Matters from versions 4.0 thru 10.0. They are intimately familiar with the operation and quirks of the software and have been able to solve my problems very expeditiously. Most recently, I encountered a problem installing Time Matters Version 10. I spent many hours with half a dozen members of theTime Matters technical support team, both on the phone and trying their suggestions on my computer - all of which were ultimately to no avail. We finally decided that the problem was in the Sql server software and had to be addressed by Microsoft.
When Microsoft offered to discuss a problem that seemed to be inherent with their software only if I would sign up for a $275 support agreement, I posted a pleas for help on a ListServ. Tom saw my note and gave me a call, suggesting I discuss it with one of his staff. Within a couple of hours, he had diagnosed and solved the problem with a simple workaround. In the course of installing it on my computer, he also suggested several other modifications to enhance its speed and stability, which I also gladly adopted.
Having Premier Software as an available resource has saved me time and money, not to mention aggravation, when things have gone wrong.
