I was pleased to provide the video below in support of our good friend and lawyer client Bruce Brightwell with his Electronic Office presentation, last week in Seattle during the NAELA conference. If you have not implemented scanning in your electronic office maybe a video will help you understand how easy it is to scan, convert to searchable text and organize documents using popular integrated software and devices. This includes document management auto folder and file naming features as well.
In this example we are employ Time Matters, Acrobat and a Fujitsu Scansnap scanner.
