My blood pressure was on the rise when, thanks to ‘Smartblog’ tip by Mark Merenda a few years ago, today I was able to use www.gethuman.com to quickly connect with a live person at Verizon Wireless. After a silly amount of time using the verizonwireless.com web site trying to pre-order two Android based Samsung Galaxy S III on a web site that didn’t work, and after trying and failing to find, get this, a telephone number to contact a real person – I remembered gethuman.com and It Works!
Also, we were surprised to see that we could still be grandfathered in to an unlimited data plan on Verizon’s 4G network. Whohoo.
