Remote On-line Support
Through the enabling technology of the
internet, the Premier consulting staff has provided support to Time Matters
users all across the country. Using remote access connections, we have
successfully provided user training, data conversion, customization and
remedial support on a responsive and cost effective basis. This is a
viable option for Time Matters users who do not have access to an experienced
Time Matters CIC (consultant).
On-site Support
Our Time Matter specialists are well prepared
and thoroughly equipped for on-site support.
Denise Novello, our primary instructor,
has been training in a classroom environment for 12 years. Since 1997,
her experience includes extensive Time Matters customization for a wide
variety of law firms especially as it relates to document management and
automated document assembly using Word or WordPerfect. Among her
accomplishments is the co-authoring of the Time
Matters Student Manual.
John Papasadora (JP), Time Matters and
Networking Specialist, has completed Time Matters Enterprise
Training. JP is particularly adept at Time Matters synchronization, e-mail
configuration and problem solving and Time Matter Enterprise (MS-SQL edition)
and Network/Internet related issues.
